Please check out all the conditions below. If conditions are not met, The Whole Nine Yards reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

  • All returned or exchanged items need to be in new and re-sellable condition.
  • The Whole Nine Yards is not responsible for personal items or information left in returned items.
  • The Whole Nine Yards is not responsible for any consequetiona or incidental damage resulting from the sale of any items bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the item only.

Exchanges

If an item is sent back for exchange, please allow 3-6 business days for the replacement to be processed.

Refunds and Credits

Policies

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment as used during purchase. Once we receive and check out the returned product, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check or cash, the refund check check will not be issued before 6 days after the date of purchase.

We want you to be satisfied

Policies

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchace, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date subject to the conditions contained here. Claims for missing books or items damaged in transit must be recieved within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
